Refunds:

Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
